Why Blue is the Only Color I Want for My Summer Beach Looks

Have you ever realized that sometimes just a single color can influence your mood for a beach day? For me, that color is blue. It really resonates with someone who is calm, natural, and relaxed. Moreover, it always seems to blend with the sea in a lovely yet subtle way.

This summer, I’ve found myself naturally reaching for anything blue while planning my beach outfits. From deep midnight tones to soft crinkled textures, blue always fits the ocean scene. Besides, it harmonizes with the sea, and the sky, and even that illuminate that comes from the sunset.

Therefore, I am gradually introducing blue into my swimming and resort wear, mainly inspired by the latest Monday Swimwear collection. Each piece feels like it was made for slow beach mornings, salty air, and long sun-soaked afternoons. Below are my absolute favorite finds that I genuinely can’t stop thinking about.

1. Devin Tank

Devin Tank perfectly exemplifies the notion of simple beach dressing. I love how the thin rib fabric keeps it lightweight but still structured enough to look put together. The midnight blue shade is rich, which makes it perfect for layering over swimwear or pairing with relaxed bottoms.

It’s one of those pieces you throw on and instantly feel styled. What I have always appreciated is that it is really the versatile option, you can wear it straight from the beach to a casual dinner without changing anything.

2. Cyprus One Piece

For those who prefer an effortless but still elevated look, Cyprus is the piece. The material's crinkle pattern is the primary reason for its soft, refined vibe. It hugs the body comfortably without feeling restrictive, which is exactly what I want for a long beach day.

The deep midnight tone gives it an elegant polish, and that is exactly why it is the kind of minimalistic outfit that makes you feel instantly confident the moment you put it on.

3. Costa Rica Top

The Costa Rica Top has a perfect balance of sporty and minimal. While the crinkle fabric contributes to the texture, the fit keeps everything secure and flattering. I am fond of pairing it with blue bottoms that either are matching or contrasting for a full ocean-inspired look.

It’s the kind of piece that works whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or just lounging by the shore. Super effortless, but still very put-together.

4. Belize Knit Pant

Imagine getting dressed for the beach, but instead of all the usual things you decided for the traditional knit pants.  The lace crochet detail gives them a relaxed, airy feel that moves beautifully with every step. I love wearing them over swimwear when I want something a little more styled but still breathable.

They feel perfect for walking along the shore or grabbing a drink after the beach without needing a full outfit change.

5. Palma Thong

The basic, clean, and minimal, this is what describes that piece for me. Actually, the crinkle texture makes this look yet more put together than a regular swim bottom, and the fit is designed to stay comfortable even after hours in the sun.

In addition, you can wear any blue top from the collection, creating a coordinated look that still feels relaxed and natural.

The crochet lace detail not only adds visual interest, but also the wrap shape offers a flattering, adjustable fit. My favorite thing to do with it is to wear it along with simple bottoms to let the top stand out on its own. It is always one of those items that draw a lot of attention and compliments.

Why Blue Feels Like My Summer Signature

Blue has completely taken over my summer wardrobe, and honestly, I’m not mad about it. The entire range of different colors, fabrics, and shapes all have a very strong connection to the sea, as if they were made for beach days.

If summer had a uniform for me, it would be all shades of blue. It feels calm, effortless, and timeless, like the kind of color you never get tired of wearing. From soft ocean tones to deep midnight hues, blue just makes everything feel more put together.
